Ron is Founder and CMO of the UK Sepsis Trust and Vice-President of the Global Sepsis Alliance and is Clinical Adviser to the Think Kidneys programme. He is a consultant in critical care and anaesthesia.

Ron began his clinical training in Birmingham and now works globally – his special interests lie in sepsis, patient safety, critical care and systems change. He is a recognised world expert in sepsis and lectures internationally. Ron is passionate about his work and said that it’s his love of his work that gets him up in the morning.
