I am a postdoctoral researcher in microbial genomics and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Yangzhou University, with a Ph.D. from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and over five years of research experience spanning One Health bacterial genomics, plasmid biology, and molecular epidemiology. I have an active PI-led grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which will be completed at the end of this year. Experienced in whole-genome and long-read sequencing, metagenomics, and bioinformatics, with a strong record of international collaboration, peer review, and editorial service.
