Biography
Dr Emily Dickens is a Research Associate working with Dr Leonid Chindelevitch at Imperial College London. Her research focuses on genotype-phenotype associations in AMR and large-scale genomic data analysis. Emily is part of the team responsible for constructing and curating the ‘Comprehensive Assessment of Bacterial-Based AMR prediction from GEnotypes’ (CABBAGE) database, the largest global AMR phenotype-genotype dataset, consolidating existing AMR data into a single unified format.
