I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Nuffield Department of Medicine at the University of Oxford, after completing a DPhil under the supervision of Philip Fowler and David Eyre. My research focuses on genomic prediction of antimicrobial resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacteria, informing anti-tubercular drug development pipelines, and the maintenance and expansion of the world’s largest clinical mycobacteria genome–phenotype dataset.
